The invention discloses a method for optimizing an ultrasonic scanning path and ultrasonic equipment. The method comprises the steps: obtaining a preset scanning path of a to-be-scanned area firstly,determining the normal vector direction and tangential direction of each scanning point in the preset scanning path after acquisition of the preset scanning path, and determining the posture information corresponding to each scanning point according to the normal vector direction and tangent direction of the scanning point. Therefore, when automatic scanning is performed based on the scanning path, the posture of an ultrasonic probe can be adjusted correspondingly based on the posture information corresponding to each scanning point, so that the ultrasonic probe is arranged on the
tissue surface perpendicular to the to-be-scanned area, and the
image quality of a collected ultrasonic image is improved. In addition, when scanning is performed based on the preset scanning path, the posture ofthe ultrasonic probe can be adjusted according to the obtained pixel distribution concentration line of the ultrasonic image and the center line of an acoustic image after scanning is carried out, sothat the
image quality of the ultrasonic image is further improved.
