Problems solved by technology

[0003] 1. High manufacturing cost
Existing carbon-carbon composite materials are used in bipolar plates of fuel cells. Although they have excellent power generation efficiency, the manufacturing cost is too high. If the cost of a single bipolar plate is several thousand NT dollars, ten bipolar plates A fuel cell made of stacked plates costs tens of thousands of NT dollars, which is out of proportion to the generated electricity, resulting in low market competitiveness, let alone the popularization of fuel cells

Abstract

A composite bipolar plate for fuel cells comprises a bipolar plate unit which comprises a first face and a second face, wherein, the bipolar plate unit comprises a conductive plastic plate part which is provided with at least a second plastic face and a first plastic face which is positioned on the first face of the bipolar plate; the conductive plastic plate part is provided with at least a plastic fluid inlet, a plastic fluid outlet and a flow channel which is concavely arranged on the first plastic face on the conductive plastic plate part; a metal plate part is provided with at least a second metal face and a first metal face which is arranged on the second face of the bipolar plate unit, the second metal face is combined with the second plastic face. So the bipolar plate unit is in the structure of no pores, has high conductive degree, high intensity and corrosion resistance. The invention can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost, has very good corrosion resistance and can ensure mass production of complex microstructure products.
