Abstract

The device comprises a hearth and a flue, wherein the lower end of the hearth is connected with a combustor for spraying coal powder and an opposed air pipeline; the combustor is connected with a primary air inlet pipeline and a secondary air inlet pipeline respectively; the primary air inlet pipeline and the secondary air inlet pipeline as well as the opposed air pipeline are communicated with an air blower respectively; a heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer side of the hearth; a plurality of electric heating elements are arranged on the wall of the hearth in a segmental manner; segmental cooling clamping sleeves are arranged outside the flue; the tail of the flue is connected with a heat exchanger; and a plurality of test holes are formed in the hearth and the flue. The device can simulate various temperature situations of the hearth of the actual boiler, so that the stability and the flexibility of a test system are improved; by adopting segmental electric heating, the hearth can be stabilized at test required temperature; by adopting the segmental cooling clamping sleeves, the smoke temperature in the flue can be precisely controlled in a required range, and environments at different positions of the flue in the actual boiler can be simulated; and the contamination characteristic of the coal powder in different smoke temperature regions is convenient to research.
