Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a copper-containing solution by dissolving waste copper. According to the method, the copper-containing solution is prepared by using a high-efficiency cyclone normal temperature copper dissolving device. The method comprises the following steps: feeding a copper material into a copper material stack area of a cyclone reactor by virtue of a feeding hole; conveying ozone to a gas-liquid emulsifying mixer by virtue of an ozone generator, pumping a sulfuric acid solution to the gas-liquid emulsifying mixer by virtue of an anticorrosive liquid inlet pump so as to perform emulsifying mixing on the ozone and sulfuric acid by virtue of the gas-liquid emulsifying mixer; ejecting the gas-liquid mixture mixed by the gas-liquid emulsifying mixer into the cyclone reactor along the tangential direction of the cyclone reactor, and reacting with the copper material; exhausting acid gas, water vapor and air produced in the reaction process by virtue of a waste gas exhaust port in the reaction process; and allowing the copper-containing solution prepared by the reaction to flow out by virtue of an overflow liquid outlet after the reaction, and discharging the waste residues filtered after the reaction by virtue of a waste residue outlet. The method is energy-saving, high-efficiency, easy to operate, high in oxidization speed, short in reaction time and low in waste gas emission.
