The invention relates to a microwave vibration bed drying method of medium moisture content granular grains. The microwave drying method provided by the invention applies the microwave technology to the drying process of grains by means of heat transfer enhancement by vibration, and dries the materials through steps of sorting and maintaining constant humidity, microwave drying of vibration bed (negative pressure exhaust), aeration-cooling and dehumidifying and the like. Dependence on distribution of the electromagnetic field is weakened by changing the position of materials in the microwave field, so as to avoid local overheating of materials caused by conventional microwave drying and improve the uniformity of absorbing the microwave, therebyimproving the quality of dried product. Compared with the existing drying method, the method provided by the invention has fast heating speed and short drying time, even heating, and high product quality and can well maintain vitamins in food and original color, aroma and taste. The invention thoroughly changes the effect of simply superposing hot air and microwave in spouted bed microwave drying process in prior art, really realizes energy conservation and high efficiency, reduces the cost and is convenient to put on production and automatical control.
