The process is rational and has ingenious conception; since the thin solvent-free immersion paint can easily pass through gap between filmed round aluminum wires to quickly flow into the half-finished product so as to squeeze the air in the half-finished product out, and the thick solvent-free immersion paint is adhered to the surface of the half-finished product, the thin paint in the half-finished product can be locked, and the paint can be locked by coating polyester nonwoven fabric. After the solvent-free immersion paint and the polyester nonwoven fabric are cured by heat treatment, an insulating layer is formed by the solvent-free immersion paint and the polyester nonwoven fabric together, and a good heat-conducting effect is exerted; and since a conductive solvent is unavailable in the solvent-free immersion paint, the insulation performance between the filmed round aluminum wires can be guaranteed, and the process has extremely high popularization value.
