According to the solution preparation method, since carbon reducing agents such as cheap and easily available coal powder are utilized for directly reducing manganese oxide ores at a low temperature, the energy consumption is low, the cost is low, and a smoke gas pollution problem is avoided; anode liquor is used for pre-soaking and removing non-manganese acid consumption substances such as iron, aluminum, calcium and magnesium, so that the acid balance of system is realized and the acid consumption is reduced.

During the electrolytic process, partial electrolyte is extracted and is subjected to centrifugal separation, thereby obtaining precipitate and liquid supernatant; the liquid supernatant is added into the electrolytic tank again and participates in electrolysis; and the precipitate is dried, thereby obtaining the high-purity nanometer titanium dioxide powder.
