Problems solved by technology

Combustion is a rapid and violent oxidation reaction with flames. The reaction is very complicated. The following three conditions must be met at the same time for the generation and progress of combustion: combustible substances, combustion aids and ignition sources. In order to prevent the progress of combustion, the combustion must be c

Abstract

A fire retardant coating for wood is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7-11 parts of magnesium hydrate, 6-10 parts of novolac epoxy, 3-5 parts of kaolin, 4-7 parts of redispersible powder, 3-7 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-5 parts of a rare earth adhesive, 4-6 parts of macromolecular siloxane, 5-8 parts of cobalt naphthenate, 5-11 parts of N-cyclohexylmaleimide, 3-5 parts of polysiloxane, 2-7 parts of butyl acetate, 3-5 parts of butanol, 1-2 parts of organic acid phosphate, 3-4 parts of emulsion and 1-2 parts of barium sulfate. The invention has the benefits that the fire retardant coating for wood is finer in viscosity, thinner and convenient for construction, and is excellent in fire resistance and decoration performance.
