Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of package, particularly to a thermal contraction packaging film for article package and a production method thereof, and the produced thermal contraction packaging film is high in stiffness, good in stretch resistance and low in production cost. The thermal contraction packaging film includes an upper surface layer, a middle layer and a lower surface layer, and each of the upper surface layer, the middle layer and the lower surface layer consists of, in parts by weight, 30-45 parts of low-density polyethylene with the melt index of 1.7-2.3 g/10min, 25-35 parts of high density polyethylene with the melt index of 0.29-0.33 g/10min, and 5-10 parts of carbon polyethylene. The production method includes the following steps: (1), weighing raw materials as per weight ratio; (2) enabling the raw materials of the upper surface layer, the middle layer and the lower surface layer to enter three center feeding rotating die heads respectively, and then performing extrusion rotating discharging through three screw extruding machines; (3) automatically compounding hot materials of the upper surface layer, the middle layer and the lower surface layer in a transitional body into a whole and cooling, sizing mold bubbles through a collapser, so as to prepare the thermal contraction packaging film.
