The preparation method of the heat preservation plate is characterized in that firstly, materials are mixed and are subjected to fine grinding; then, a silicon carbide material is used for manufacturing box body saggar; a clay anti-cohesion layer is coated at the inner surface of the saggar; the mixed materials are put into the saggar and are subjected to foaming sintering in a tunnel kiln; the sintering foaming temperature is 1200 to1250 DEG C; after slow cooling, large-block-shaped foaming stone is obtained; then, the stone is cut and processed into various block shapes.
