Abstract

The invention provides an automobile air conditioner filter (11) used for an automobile air conditioner (1), wherein the automobile air conditioner filter comprises at least three filter layers including a first filter layer (111), a second filter layer (1112) and a third filter layer (113). The second filter layer is arranged between the first filter layer and the third filter layer, the first filter layer, the second filter layer and the third filter layer are connected with one another in a hot-pressing connection manner, and the second filter layer comprises an adsorbing material at leastpartially made of active carbon fiber. The invention also provides a method (2) for manufacturing the automobile air conditioner filter (11). The method comprises the following steps: carrying out hot-pressing connection treatment (201) on the first filter layer (111), the second filter layer (112) and the third filter layer (113) so as to form a filter base material; carrying out pleating treatment (202) on the filter base material which is hot-pressed and connected together; and carrying out cutting treatment (203) on the filter base material through pleating treatment.
