The invention provides a continuous lifter. The continuous lifter comprises a rack, an inner transmission mechanism, an outer transmission mechanism, a plurality of chain plate assemblies and a driving part. The inner transmission mechanism comprises seven inner chain wheel groups and two inner chains, and the seventh inner chain wheel and the sixth inner chain wheel group are horizontally arranged and are located right above the first inner chain wheel group; and the two inner chains correspondingly wind the inner chain wheels on two sides of the seven inner chain wheel groups, separately, toform the circular rotating inner chain transmission mechanism; the outer transmission mechanism is located on the outer side of the inner transmission mechanism and comprises seven outer chain wheelgroups and two outer chains, and the two outer chains correspondingly wind the outer chain wheels on two sides of the seven outer chain wheel groups, separately, to form a circular rotating outer chain transmission mechanism; and the chain plate assemblies are hinged to the two inner chains and the two outer chains at a preset interval, and the driving part is used for providing powder. The lifteris stable to operate and relatively high in conveying efficiency.
