Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent pajama. The intelligent pajama comprises a control module, a monitoring module, an analysis module and a display module, wherein the control module is used for controlling pressure sensors arranged on the intelligent pajama to start the sensing monitoring function according to a received monitoring starting instruction; the monitoring module is used for monitoring and acquiring the body movement data of an intelligent pajama wearer in real time till receiving a monitoring end instruction; the analysis module is used for analyzing the sleep condition of theintelligent pajama wearer within the corresponding time period according to the monitored body movement data and the preset algorithm; and the display module is used for generating and displaying a sleep quality report of the intelligent pajama wearer within the corresponding time period according to the sleep state. The invention further provides a sleep monitoring method and a computer readablestorage medium. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the advantage that under the premise that the unnecessary additional articles are not worn, the purposeof simply, conveniently and accurately monitoring the sleep condition of the intelligent pajama wearer is realized.
