Abstract

The invention provides a piperazine-containing phosphorus-nitrogen type halogen-free flame retardant, and a preparation method and use thereof. The molecular formula of the flame retardant is C10H21N2O2PS, and the structural formula of the flame retardant is shown in specification. The flame retardant is prepared by 2-thio-2-chloro-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane and 1-methylpiperazine through an amidation reaction. The flame retardant can be used as a raw material additive for flame retardancy of fiber or films of cellulose, polyester, polyurethane and polyolefin, or as a main functional substance of flame retardant coatings. The flame retardant is an additive type flame retardant containing nitrogen and phosphorus flame-retardant components, and does not contain halogen. The preparation method adopts a two-step synthesis process, the reaction condition is mild, the preparation process is simple, and the flame retardant is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
