Abstract

The invention provides a LNG receiving station energy saving new process; and the new process changes an idea of only using natural gas as goods for reception, storage and conveying in a LNG receivingstation traditional process, but uses the natural gas as a LNG energy receiving station for comprehensively receiving and conveying LNG energy, including cold energy carried by LNG. The new process changes a traditional gasifying process, cancels all seawater heat exchange equipment facilities, and feeds no cold energy into the sea. An IFV intermediate gasifier set is used for replacing an ORV open shelf type seawater gasifier set; and LNG cold energy is collected by intermediate mediums and conveyed to each cold energy utilization project. The invention further provides a LNG evaporation gastreatment system. Evaporation gas is used for triple power generation; and power generation afterheat is used for LNG gasifiers. New paths are developed for energy conservation, consumption reductionand benefit increment of receiving stations.
