Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of valve maintenance and detection and discloses a device for maintaining and detecting a valve according to the pressure intensity characteristic. The device comprises a valve body. The two sides of the valve body are both fixedly connected with seal rings. An adjusting box is fixedly connected to the interior of each seal ring. Each adjusting box is internally provided with a thread. The surface of each thread is fixedly connected with a rotary body. The surface of each rotary body is provided with air holes. A hollow channel is fixedly connectedto the interior of the valve body and located on the surfaces of the seal rings. The surface of the hollow channel is movably connected with a threaded pipe. Sealing grease flows into the seal rings through the rotary bodies. According to the amount of the filled sealing grease, the rotary bodies are moved through handles to control the number of the opened air holes, the amount of the sealing grease flowing past is adjusted, and the uniform and quantitative grease filling effect is achieved. When the excessive sealing grease flowing into the hollow channel, the sealing grease can exceed the weight borne by a bearing net and then flows out from the hollow channel without affecting normal use of the valve body.
