The coating is prepared from a component A and a component B, the component A is prepared from polyaspartic acid ester resin, d-limonene and an auxiliary agent, and the component B is a polyisocyanate curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the polyaspartic acid ester resin, the d-limonene and the auxiliary agent into stirring equipment in proportion, and stirring; thenadding a delustering agent, and stirring to obtain the component A; and directly mixing the component A and the component B in proportion before construction in order to prepare the coating.
