The invention relates to a multi-purpose strippable acrylate adhesive microporous material and a preparation method of the material, in particular to an acrylate adhesive material and a preparation method of the material, and solves the problems of low shearing strength and stripping resistance of the existing acrylate adhesives. The adhesive microporous material is prepared from acrylate resin, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, thickener, plasticizer, cross-linking agent, isopropanol and filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials of acrylate resin according to weight ratio; (2) adding each raw material component prepared in the step (1) in a reaction kettle under controlled dropping speed, and performing core-shell emulsion polymerization to obtain acrylate resin; and (3) sequentially adding acrylate resin and the rest of raw materials prepared in the step (2) in the reaction kettle, dispersing, drying, and transferring onto a substrate to obtain acrylate adhesive. The acrylate adhesive microporous material has the advantages of high shearing strength, and easy stripping, and is mainly applied to poster, wall sticker and adhesive on various decorative stickers.

An adhesive tape comprising a backing and a layer of adhesive on the backing. The backing comprises a biaxially oriented substrate which comprises an isotactic polypropylene composition. The tapes and backings of this invention can be severed readily using commercial tape dispensers having metal or plastic cutting teeth to produce cleanly serrated cut edges on the tape. The biaxially oriented substrate is preferably made from a resin comprising an isotactic polypropylene homopolymer having a melt flow rate greater than 8 grams/10 minutes, more preferably greater than 12 grams/10 minutes, and still more preferably greater than about 20 grams/10 minutes. The anti-blue-ray system is characterized in that an anti-blue-ray agent in the system has a pyrazoline compound structure as shown in a formula (I) which is described in the specification or/and a cinnamic acid compound structure as shown in a formula (II) which is described in the specification. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a peroxide crosslinking agent accounting for 0.001-0.5% of low-density polyethylene into the low-density polyethylene, and mixing and granulating to prepare the coating resin for the polyethylene, wherein the peroxide crosslinking agent consists of alkyl peroxide, lipid peroxide, diacyl peroxide and hydroperoxide, each of which accounts for 55-85%/5-15%/5-15%/5-15% according to the percentage by weight; the extrusion temperature of an extrusion machine is 150-250 DEG C, and the rotating speed of a screw is 20-60r/min; and the MFR (Melt Flow Rate) of the low-density polyethylene is 5.0-10.0g/10min, and the density is 0.915-0.925g/cm<3>. The special coating resin composition has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, strong adhesive force and uniform filing forming and the like and is mainly used for surface coating, paper-plastic lamination, a bonding layer and film lamination of plastic woven bags.

The invention discloses a grafted LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) based metal bonding film, belonging to the field of bonding agents. The grafted LLDPE based metal bonding film is prepared from raw materials through granulating and film blowing, wherein the raw materials comprise the following ingredients in parts by mass: 100 parts of LLDPE, 1.5-3 parts of maleic anhydride, 0.05-0.3 part of a peroxide initiator, 0.5-1.5 parts of an electron donor and 0.1-0.5 part of an antioxidant. The invention provides a heat conduction adhesive tape. The heat conduction adhesive tape is used for connecting electronic assemblies of electronic devices. The heat conduction adhesive tape comprises a first stripping paper, a first adhering layer, a first ceramic powder, a substrate layer and two heat conduction graphite patches, wherein the heat conduction graphite patches are respectively arranged at the two sides of the substrate layer along the width direction; the two heat conduction graphite patches, and the opposite first adhering layer and substrate layer at interval form an accommodation space; the first ceramic powder is accommodated into the first accommodation space; the first stripping paper is adhered onto the outer surface of the first adhering layer. The heat conduction adhesive tape and a heat conduction double-side adhesive tape have the advantage that the heat can be conducted in the width direction of the adhesive tape.

The processing technology comprises the following steps: a backboard layer is provided, wherein the backboard layer comprises a structure enhancement layer and a weather-proof layer, and the structure enhancement layer and the weather-proof layer are bonded through an adhesive; materials aremixed, melted and subjected to tape casting, and the adhesive film layer is obtained, wherein the material comprises the following components: 90 to 100 parts of modified EVA resin, 0.3 to 1.5 partsof a cross-linking agent, 0.4 to 2.0 parts of an auxiliary cross-linking agent, 0.4 to 2.0 parts of a coupling agent, 0.01 to 1.0 part of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0.01 to 1.0 part of an antioxidant,0.01 to 1.0 part of a light stabilizer and 0 to 15 parts of titanium dioxide; the backboard layer and the adhesive film layer are compounded and formed, so that the structure enhancement layer and theadhesive film layer are bonded in a thermal compounding mode; and after cooling, drawing and rolling, the adhesive film backboard integrated packaging material is obtained. The invention also provides an adhesive film backboard integrated packaging material. The adhesive film backboard integrated packaging material provided by the invention has relatively good bonding performance.

A healthcare form assembly is described which includes a carrier sheet, a release coating applied to the carrier sheet, one or more regions of pressure sensitive adhesive adjacent the release coating, and a printable sheet in contact with the adhesive and being removably disposed on the carrier sheet.
