Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of machine tool machining equipment, and discloses a recovery device for metal cuttings. The device comprises a machine tool, a chip collecting box, a brush assembly, a flushing assembly, a conveying assembly and a drying assembly. The chip collecting box is arranged on the lower portion of the machine tool, one end of the chip collecting box is higher than the other end of the chip collecting box, and a chip removal hole is formed in the lower end of the chip collecting box. The brush assembly circularly moves back and forth on the top of the scrap collecting box in the length direction of the scrap collecting box, and the starting position of the brush assembly is located at the higher end of the scrap collecting box. A water outlet of the flushing assembly is positioned at the higher end of the scrap collecting box; the conveying assembly is located below the chip removal hole; and the conveying assembly conveys the collected metal cuttings into the drying chamber for drying. In the machining process of the machine tool, metal cuttings can be collected, and the metal cuttings can be well recycled for additional remachining. The invention further discloses a recovery method for the metal cuttings based on the recovery device.
