Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a PLLA/HA composite scaffold and application of the PLLA/HA composite scaffold in a tracheal stent. The invention discloses a preparation method of a PLLA/HA composite scaffold and an application of the PLLA/HA composite scaffold in a tracheal stent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) designing a scaffold model and a mold by utilizing a three-dimensional design software; 2) preparing a PLLA/HA film; 3) preparing a pre-scaffold by using the PLLA/HA film from the step (2); 4) preparing PLLA/HA spinning solution; 5) preparing electrospining film; and 6) cladding the pre-scaffold prepared in 3) with the electrospinning film to obtain the PLLA/HA composite scaffold. The PLLA/HA composite scaffold prepared by the preparation method has good mechanical property, and morphology meeting requirements of tissue engineering materials. The PLLA/HA composite scaffold can meet requirements for implantation of endotracheal stents, and is a novel material for endotracheal stents.
