Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic fertilizer applicator for sugarcane seedling cultivation. The automatic fertilizer applicator comprises a guide rail, a moving mechanism is arranged at the top of the guide rail, the moving mechanism comprises a T-shaped slide rail, the T-shaped slide rail is slidably connected with the guide rail, a first forward and reverse rotation motor is arranged on the back side of the T-shaped slide rail, a second forward and reverse rotation motor is arranged on the front side of the T-shaped slide rail, and gears are arranged at the close ends of the first forward and reverse rotation motor and the second forward and reverse rotation motor. The two gears drive a first material box to move leftwards and drive a second material box to move leftwards, in the process that the first material box and the second material box move leftwards, two servo motors synchronously drive two shaft rods to rotate, and the shaft rods drive a cross pin to rotate at a constant speed, so that the fertilizer evenly falls down from a material opening to perform fertilization treatment on a sugarcane seedling planting area. According to the automatic fertilizer applicator, suspended mobile fertilizer application is achieved, stability is good in the fertilizer application moving process, waste blockage in the fertilizer application process is avoided, and use is convenient.
