The invention discloses a method for evaluating temperature uniformity in the width direction of a hot-rolled strip steel intermediate billet. The method for evaluating the temperature uniformity in the width direction of the hot-rolled strip steel intermediate billet comprises the following steps that the temperature of the intermediate billet is measured in the hot rolling process by using a thermal imager, and a shot thermal imaging graph is led into a computer; and image data are processed by using thermal imaging analysis software; a cross grid is filled in the thermal imaging graph by using Photoshop software, the graph is divided into a plurality of grids, and the edge temperature drop value of the intermediate billet and the width value of an edge temperature drop area are mainly analyzed through the grids. According to the method, edge temperature drop data in the width direction of a strip steel and area width data in which the temperature drop occurs can be accurately and objectively reflected, so that the problem of temperature uniformity evaluation in the width direction in the conventional steel billet heating process and the problem that the temperature distributionin the width direction of the intermediate billet in the rolling process is not explained are solved.

The invention relates to a method for researching influence of a floating plate wave suppression structure for inhibition of forced fluctuation of liquid in a tank on driving safety of a vehicle. Experimental researches are conducted by use of a method of ANSYS FLUENT fluid dynamics analysis software in combination with a physical simulation test; and the application of the fluid dynamics analysissoftware provides a certain reference for establishment of a physical simulation test bench and setting of a test program. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) the ANSYS FLUENT fluid dynamics analysis software; and (2) the physical simulation test bench of the floating plate wave suppression structure. The method has the advantages that, compared with a fixed wavesuppression plate, the floating plate wave suppression structure is creatively adopted to inhibit liquid in a tank of a liquid tank truck from fluctuating forcedly, the parameter of the floating platewave suppression structure and an influence factor of forced fluctuation of the liquid in the tank are associated to establish a liquid-in-tank floating plate wave suppression structure fluid dynamics model. The model is not involved in previous forced fluctuation of the liquid in the tank and the method is a development and creation in the research method.
