branch boundary determination program to obtain the optimal solution of the function combined with the simplex tableau. The
femto users are grouped according to the strength of the interference between femto groups, the same-layer interference in each group of femto is minimized, the total
data rate of a femto
cell is maximized, and the solution of the grouping optimization is obtained.
