The invention relates to a video coding mode selection method and system based on SSIM evaluation. The method includes the following steps: a step 101) establishing a rate distortion optimization model for each macro block to be coded to acquire lagrange cost values of various coding modes; a step 102) determining a lagrange factor of the frame level of a frame to which the current macro block to be coded belongs according to distortion values of the front two frames of the frame based on SSE evaluation and an average value of ratios between the distortion values based on SSIM evaluation, and then performing further zoom on the obtained lagrange factor of the frame level by utilizing the importance measurement of the macro block to be coded to acquire the lagrange factor of the macro block level of the macro block to be coded; and a step 103) calculating the lagrange cost values of the current coded macro block of various coding modes according to the acquired the lagrange factor of the current macro block to be coded, and finally selecting the coding mode having the minimum lagrange cost value as the coding mode of the current coded macro block for coding.

The invention discloses a translated text word order probability determination method and a device based on a gradation phrase model. The translated text word order probability determination method includes: determining an alternative translation mode of a source statement; extracting characteristic quantity which is used for characterizing word order probability by aiming at each alternative translation mode; determining the word order probability of the characteristic quantity according to a pre-obtained model training result, determining the word order probability of each alternative translation mode according to the word order probability of the characteristic quantity; and determining translation text word order probability of the source statement according to a maximum value of the word order probability in the alternative translation mode. The translated text word order probability determination method and the device based on the gradation phrase model determine the translation text word order probability of the source statement, increase the control of an order regulating process, improve correctness of translation mode selection, reduce appearance of order regulating error and improve performance of a treating process of converting the source statement into target language data by extracting the characteristic quantity which characterizes the word order probability in the alternative translation mode.

The invention provides a third-order distributed feedback terahertz quantum cascade laser structure and a making method thereof. The structure comprises a substrate, a ridge waveguide region and a third-order grating structure. The ridge waveguide region comprises a lower electrode, a sandwich region and an upper electrode in order from the bottom up. The sandwich region comprises a lower contact layer, an active region and an upper contact layer from the bottom up. The third-order grating structure comprises a plurality of parallel slits which are arranged in a periodic manner and pass through the upper electrode and the sandwich region in the vertical direction. The longitudinal duty ratio of the third-order grating structure is in the range from 8% to 15%. Terahertz wave is generated in the active region, is emitted from the slits by the mode selection effect of the third-order grating structure and is coupled in the space to the longitudinal ends of the ridge waveguide region. In the invention, the third-order grating is introduced in a waveguide structure of the terahertz quantum cascade laser and a relatively small far-field divergence angle is obtained by adjusting different grating duty ratios, thereby overcoming the problem that the third-order grating has a relatively big far-field divergence angle due to phase mismatch.
