Tris, or tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, or known during medical use as tromethamine or THAM, is an organic compound with the formula (HOCH₂)₃CNH₂. It is extensively used in biochemistry and molecular biology as a component of buffer solutions such as in TAE and TBE buffers, especially for solutions of nucleic acids. It contains a primary amine and thus undergoes the reactions associated with typical amines, e.g. condensations with aldehydes. In medicine, tromethamine is occasionally used as a drug, given in intensive care for its properties as a buffer for the treatment of severe metabolic acidosis in specific circumstances. Some medications are formulated as the "tromethamine salt" including hemabate (carboprost as trometamol salt), and "ketorolac trometamol".

The invention relates to an SPECT imaging agent for FAP-alpha specific tumor diagnosis. The imaging agent is formed by taking a micromolecular FAP-alpha inhibitor of a modified N-4-quinolyl-glycine-(2S)-cyanoproline skeleton as a precursor compound, taking 99mTc as radionuclide and taking N-tris (hydroxymethyl) methylglycine (Tricine) and triphenylphosphine tri-m-sodium sulfonate (TPPTS) as synergistic ligands. Compared with the prior art, the imaging agent has high sensitivity, more excellent in-vivo biological distribution is shown, compared with the prior art, the complex has the advantagesof higher tumor uptake and tumor / organ uptake ratio, more stable coordination property, and excellent in-vivo and in-vitro stability. Due to the obvious coordination structure characteristics of theimaging agent, a one-step marking kit technology can be used, and the imaging agent has better druggability and is suitable for industrial production and clinical popularization.

The invention relates to phosphorus-containing vegetable oil based flame-retardant polyol and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the phosphorus-containing vegetable oil based flame-retardant polyol comprises the following steps: carrying out epoxide reaction on tung oil methyl ester with hydrogen peroxide and methanoic acid under the catalyzing effect of a home-made phase transfer catalyst at first to prepare multi-functionality-degree epoxidized tung oil methyl ester; reacting the obtained epoxidized tung oil methyl ester with reactive-hydrogen-containing DOPO (DOPO belongs to phosphorus-containing phenanthrene ring and heterogeneous ring compound, and the full name of DOPO is 9,10-diamine-9-oxygen heterocyclic-10- phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide) to obtain the phosphorus-containing vegetable oil based flame-retardant polyol. The obtained polyol is a flame retardant, the synthesized structural flame-retardant vegetable oil based polyol is used in hard polyurethane flame-retardant foam, mechanical strength and flame retardance of the foam are improved, and a preparation process is simple, convenient to operate and easy to obtain. The phosphorus-containing vegetable oil based flame-retardant polyol is compounded with tris( 2-chloropropyl) phosphate, phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant effect is good, the use amount of a flame retardant can be reduced, the flame retardant effect is much better than the flame retardant effect of the tris( 2-chloropropyl) phosphate which is used independent, and the oxygen index (LOI) can reach 29%.

The invention relates to a flame retardant tris(hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate trisilicate propyl bromide compound and a preparation method thereof. The compound has a structure shown in the specification, wherein -OC3H6Br is 2-bromo-1-propoxy or 1-bromo-2-propoxy or a mixture of the 2-bromo-1-propoxy and the 1-bromo-2-propoxy. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dropwise adding bromopropanol into an organic solution of silicon tetrachloride at a temperature being below 25 DEG C and reacting for 2 hours at 45 DEG C, wherein the molar mass of the bromopropanol is equal to that of the silicon tetrachloride; dropwise adding an organic solution of tris(hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate and reacting for 9-12 hours at 80-95 DEG C, wherein the molar mass of the organic solution of the tris(hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate is 1/3 that of the silicon tetrachloride; cooling to the temperature being below 55 DEG C, dropwise adding the bromopropanol, and reacting for 8-10 hours at 80-90 DEG C, wherein the molar mass of bromopropanol is 2-3 times that of the silicon tetrachloride; adding an acid binding agent, preserving heat and stirring for 1 hour; performing purification to obtain the flame retardant tris(hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate trisilicate propyl bromide. The compound disclosed by the invention is suitable to be as the flame retardants of the materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, epoxy resin and unsaturated resin, is simple in preparation process and low in cost, and can be put into industrial production easily.
