[0019] Examples. Metal vacuum smelting liquid metal collection methods, such as figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 As shown, the characteristic is that the present invention uses fuel such as coal gas to heat the reduction tank in the reduction furnace. The metal vacuum reduction tanks are arranged in multiple rows and rows at intervals. The charging port 2 of each reduction tank is arranged on the upper part of the reduction tank top cover 1 outside the reduction furnace 21, and the cross section of the charging port 2 is approximately semicircular, which almost occupies the upper half of the reduction tank top cover 1; The lower part of the reduction tank top cover 1 has a short pipe 3 connected with the vertical metal vapor vacuum pipe 4 on the side of the reduction tank. The metal vapor vacuum pipe 4 extends downward and connects with the thicker liquid metal collector 5. The vacuum pipe 20 is connected to the vacuum system; the lower part of the liquid metal collector 5 is connecte

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for collecting the liquid metal which is smelted in vacuum; the metal vapor produced in a reducing tank after the high-temperature reduction reaction is introduced into a liquid metal collector through one or more than one metal vapor vacuum ducts which are arranged on the top cover of the reducing tank; the temperature of the liquid metal collector is controlled to convert the metal vapor from the gas state into the liquid one; the liquid metal is collected into a liquid metal collecting box through a connection hose which is arranged between the liquid metalcollector and the liquid metal collecting box. The invention realizes the object of collecting liquid metal with low-cost equipment; in this way, the output is increased and the content of the oxide or impurity in the metal can be reduced; product quality is promoted and energy consumption is reduced; the labor intensity is reduced and the production cost is reduced. The collected liquid metal does not need to be melted for the second time when the metal is used for refinement or making alloy and the loss of metal can be reduced.
