Abstract

The invention relates to a dental plastic photocuring composite material dowel pin and a preparation method thereof, which are technically characterized in that: the composition comprises photocuring resin, photosensitizer, photoinitiator, acrylic resin, thermal initiator, matrix resin triethylene glycolbismethyl-acrylate and reinforcing material of one-way fiber. The invention adopts two curing systems of a photocuring system and a thermal curing system, thus forming a mutual penetrating network structure; before the photocuring resin is not cured, the acrylic resin and the photocuring resin matrix mutually penetrate to form a cross network polymer since the acrylic resin has large molecular weight, a special polymer composite structure for compulsive mutual solution and synergy is formed on the molecular level, and the chains of the two polymers are mutually wound, thus ensuring the micro-pulverization of phase tissues, improving the interphase bonding force, giving a certain shape to a prepreg and further achieving the purpose of plastic property.
