Abstract

The invention discloses an antistatic polyfluortetraethylene film and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises the steps of: at first, utilizing 100 parts of polyfluortetraethylene powders and 1-20 parts of an antistatic agent to be admixed in a high-speed agitator, wherein, such an antistatic agent is a composite antistatic agent consisting of acetylene carbon black, graphite, metal conductive powders and the like; then preparing an antistatic polyfluortetraethylene film by means of mixing raw materials, prepressing and performing, sintering at high temperature, film forming by turning, trimming, winding and the like. The antistatic polyfluortetraethylene film prepared according to the invention has a permanent antistatic effect and can sufficiently dissipate the charges accumulated on the surface thereof owing to friction, the added antistatic agent powders can also cooperate and reinforce therewith to a certain extent, thus overcoming the characteristics of inferior abrasive resistance and low hardness, and improving the mechanical performance of the polyfluortetraethylene.
