Abstract

The invention relates to walling glue prepared by adopting waste materials and a preparation method thereof. The glue comprises raw materials of 45-55 portions of special base glue mother liquid, 6-10 portions of special organosilicone coupling agent, 10-15 portions of natural emulsion, 1.5-3 portions of salt polyacrylate, 0.5-1 portion of potassium hydroxide, 0.5-1 portion of methyl dinaphthyl sodium sulfonate, 1.5-3 portions of zinc oxide and 1-6 portions of calcium carbonate, wherein the base glue mother liquid is prepared by adopting No.200 solvent naphtha to dissolve waste polystyrene and waste rubber tires, and the special organosilicone coupling agent is obtained in such a way that asphaltum and waste glass react in a high-temperature reactor. The raw materials are put in a retort and are evenly stirred at the temperature of 65-100 DEG C so as to be processed by polymerization for 2 hours, and a binder of the invention is obtained after cooling the product of reaction. The invention adopts waste plastic and rubber as raw materials, thereby being beneficial to reducing environmental pollution, saving material resources, having low production cost and being suitable for the binding of various materials, in particular the binding of inorganic materials such as walls, and the like.
