Abstract

The invention relates to the field of organic polymer, in particular to a poly-terephthalic acid butanediol ester (PBT)/ poly-terephthaloyl hexamethylenediamine (PA6T) alloy material capable of enhancing inflaming retarding and a production method thereof. PBT, PA6T, magnesium sulfate whisker, compatilizer, DBDPE, fire retardant antimonous oxide, fire retardant tripolycyanamide urate and antioxygen are adopted as raw materials and are dried, mixed, extruded and cut into particles so that the magnesium sulfate whisker inflaming retarding enhancing PBT/PA6T alloy material is produced. The PBT/PA6T alloy material capable of enhancing the inflaming retarding and the production method thereof are characterized in that weight percentage of composition of the raw materials comprises: the 40%-45% of PBT, the 5%-10% of PA6T, the 22%-30% of magnesium sulfate whisker, the 5%-8% of compatilizer, the 6%-10% of DBDPE, the 3%-5% of fire retardant antimonous oxide, the 3%-5% of fire retardant tripolycyanamide urate and the 0.3%-0.5% of antioxygen. The PBT/PA6T alloy material capable of enhancing the inflaming retarding and the production method thereof have the advantages that the magnesium sulfate whisker inflaming retarding enhancing PBT/PA6T alloy material produced is good in liquidity, high in glowing filament performance and mechanical property and simple in production technology.
