The anti-cracking Jun porcelain comprises a biscuit prepared from a body material with a higher expansion coefficient, the biscuit has the smooth surface and high strength through coarse grinding, ultrasonic treatment and stirring of the body material as well as adjustment of the biscuit firing temperature and thermal insulation time, the expansion coefficient of inner glaze is slightly higher than that of outer glaze, glaze produces higher tensile stress during high-temperature sintering, so that numerous cracks are formed in the glaze, and a cracking decoration effect is obtained. Strontium carbonate is added to the inner glaze formula, bubbles produced by the inner glaze are reduced, the inner glaze and a biscuit body are combined more closely due to addition of carboxymethylcellulose, meanwhile, the outer glaze selects a raw material with lower expansion coefficient, has better fluidity and coats the cracked inner glaze, the stability of the prepared Jun porcelain is facilitated through quenching and slow cooling distribution during glaze firing, the Jun porcelain has higher adaptability to the temperature and cannot crack or deform easily, the toughness of the Jun porcelain during sintering is improved, and the firing rate is increased.
