Cutting seedling raising method of cherry trees

A technology of cutting seedlings and cherry blossoms, which is applied in the field of large-scale propagation of cherry blossoms, can solve the problems of low germination rate, low survival rate, and low survival rate, and achieve the effects of rapid root length and seedling height, increased survival rate, and high reproduction coefficient

Problems solved by technology

[0003] Cherry blossom propagation methods mainly include grafting method, cutting method and sowing and seedling raising method. The grafting method has the highest survival rate in the prior art, so the grafting method is mainly used for cherry blossom propagation at present, but the propagation coefficient of the grafting method is small, which is not conducive to the large-scale planting of cherry blossoms; The seedling raising method must implem

Example Embodiment

[0017] Embodiment 1,

[0018] A method for cultivating seedlings by cuttings of cherry blossoms, comprising the following steps:

[0019] S1. Seedbed preparation: The seedbed is laid in a greenhouse or plastic greenhouse, and the seedbed is built with porous bricks. The seedbed is elevated on the ground, and the distance between the seedbed and the ground is 40cm, and there is only one layer of porous bricks at the bottom of the seedbed. Weaving cloth, laying 10cm of cinder on top, and 30cm of sandy loam with yellow heart on the cinder; building trails on both sides of the seedbed, excavating drainage ditches, and spraying and disinfecting with potassium permanganate solution before cutting;

[0020] S2. Selection of cuttings: From late July to early August every year, select young and robust mother trees, and cut the initially lignified branches of the current year on the middle and upper periphery of the crown, and cut them into 10-15cm long cuttings;

Abstract

The invention relates to a cutting seedling raising method of cherry trees. The method comprises the steps that a young and robust mother tree is selected, annular primarily-lignified branches are cut into cuttings with the length of 10-15 cm, the lower ends of the cuttings are sliced, oblique notches are scratched at the portions 0.7-1 cm away from the lower ends of the cuttings, and the depth of the notches is 1-2 mm; the lower portions of the cuttings are inserted into an ABT number 6 solution with the concentration of 200 mg/L to be soaked; after the cuttings are aired at a shade place, the lower ends of the cuttings are cut off and inserted into a seedbed, and when cuttage is conducted, punching is conducted with a wood drill a little thicker than the cuttings, and then the cuttings are put into holes to be compacted; the seedbed is erected over the ground, and after cottage is completed, the seedbed is smoked by laying smoking materials on the ground and then thoroughly watered; the temperature of the seedbed is kept at 20 DEG C to 25 DEG C, and after 3-4 weeks, transplanting can be conducted when 3-5 roots grow on each cutting. According to the cutting processing method and the smoking method, the survival rate of cutting seedling raising of the cherry trees can be effectively increased, and the disease-infected seedlings can be effectively reduced.
