The invention discloses a proportioning apparatus for environment-friendly paint. The proportioning apparatus comprises a seat body; a stirring chamber is arranged in the seat body; an adjusting chamber is formed in the seat body and located below the stirring chamber; a recessed groove extending along a left-and-right direction is arranged in the inner upper wall of the stirring chamber; a movable block is arranged in the recessed groove; the front end surface of the movable block is fixedly provided with a stirring and electrically-rotating machine; the bottom of the stirring and electrically-rotating machine is provided with a stirring head which extends into the stirring chamber and is in rotary connection with the stirring and electrically-rotating machine; the inner walls of the left and right rights of the stirring chamber are respectively provided with a first vertical groove and a second vertical groove arranged above the first vertical groove; a first vertical rod extending along an up-and-down direction is arranged in the first vertical groove; a first inner groove is arranged on the inner upper wall of the second vertical groove; a second vertical rod extending downwardly is arranged in the first vertical groove; and the stirring chamber is internally provided with an adjusting table with left and right sides respectively extending to the inner left and right sides of the first vertical groove and in movement cooperation with the first vertical rod. The proportioning apparatus provided by the invention is simple in structure, high in work efficiency and low in manufacturing cost and maintenance cost.
