Abstract

The invention discloses a wear-resistant polymer composite. The wear-resistant polymer composite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of polyethylene, 40-65 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of ceramsites, 5-10 parts of graphite powder, 5-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.2 part of an accelerator and 5-10 parts of a coupling agent. The composite provided by the invention is added with combination of ceramsites and silicon dioxide, so that the wear-resisting property of the composite is obviously improved, the service life is prolonged, and the cost investment is low.
