The pipeline surface treatment device comprises a motor, a wheel brush, a clamping mechanism, a first platform, asecond platform and cylinders, wherein the first cylinder and the second platform are mounted on the first platform; the second platform is mounted on the first platform through sliding blocks and sliding rails; the first cylinder is located on one side of the second platform, and the front end of the first cylinder is in control connection with the second platform in a telescopic mode; the clamping mechanism is mounted on the second platform; the clamping mechanism comprises a third platform, the second cylinder, a small motor, a clamping seat and an ejection pin; the third platform is mounted on the second platform through sliding blocks and sliding rails; the second cylinder is mounted on the second platform, and the front end of the second cylinder is in control connection with the third platform in a telescopic mode; the clamping seat and the ejection pin are mounted on the third platform; and the front end of the pressure controller is clamped in the rear end of the clamping seat, and a copper tube at the rear end of the pressure controller is ejected in the ejection pin.
