Abstract

The formula comprises polystyrene foam particles, dispersible latex powder, natural latex, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, nano silicon dioxide, calcium hydroxide, a plasticizer, mica powder, a film-forming agent and color masterbatch. The formula is prepared from the followingraw materials in parts by weight: 1000kg of the polystyrene foam particles, 8-12 kg of the dispersible latex powder, 8-12 kg of the natural latex, 18-22 kg of the flame retardant, 6-8 kg of the foaming agent, 16-20 kg of the foam stabilizer, 10-22 kg of the nano silicon dioxide, 20 kg of the calcium hydroxide, 4-6 kg of the plasticizer, 45-55 kg of the mica powder, 60-70 kg of the film-forming agent and 3 kg of the color masterbatch.
