A toplift comprising a toplift main body composed of two layers consisting of a soft synthetic resin layer ¢I! and a hard synthetic resin layer and, projecting from the toplift main body, a mounting pin. The ground contact surface of the toplift consists of the soft synthetic resin layer ¢I!, and the soft synthetic resin layer ¢I! and the hard synthetic resin layer are joined together by fitting together of projecting and indented portions. As the ground contact surface consists of the soft synthetic resin layer ¢I!, slipping in walking can be prevented. As the junction is made by fitting together, the durability of the toplift main body is excellent.

Rubber track, tracked machine and self-help method of tracked machine

InactiveCN105383580ADoes not affect normal operationIncrease ground areaEndless track vehiclesGround contactSludge
The invention discloses a rubber track. One part of a self-help device is embedded in a track body. The track body comprises an annular track body and a plurality of traveling teeth; the self-help device comprises an embedded fastener and a self-help iron ring; the embedded fastener is embedded in the annular track body; the self-help iron ring is fixed with the embedded faster and as high as the traveling teeth. As the self-help iron ring is embedded in the track body, the self-help iron ring is used as the traveling teeth for a machine employing such a track, for example, a rotary cultivator, during normal plowing. When the rotary cultivator sinks into a blind ditch, only the track needs to be adjusted such that the self-help iron ring on at least one side is exposed, and then a standby self-help steel pipe is inserted into the self-help iron ring to increase a ground contact area of the track and improve a force applying condition between the track and the ground; a sludge resistance to the steel pipe serves as a power for the track to move forwards, and then the rotary machine is capable of realizing self-help. Compared with an existing self-help way, the self-help method is simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, and therefore, the self-help efficiency is greatly improved.
