The test device comprises a switch (1), a three-phase regulator (2), a six-phase boosting transformer (3), a switching combination knife-switch (4), a measuring display system (5), a protecting system (6), a control system (7) and a locking system (8) which are connected in series, wherein the output end of the switch (1) is connected with the input end of the three-phase regulator (2); the six-phase output end of the six-phase boosting transformer (3) is connected with the input end of the switching combination knife-switch (4); and the output end of the locking system (8) is connected with the locking signal input end of the switching combination knife-switch (4).
