High-strength wear-resistant environmental-friendly plastic and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The plastic comprises following raw materials by weight: PAA copolymer, polylactic acid (PLA), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), plant powder, graphite fiber, a silane coupling agent KH550, ABS-grafted maleic anhydride, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer (SBS), methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer (MBS), hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), dipentaerythritol ester PCB, octyl esters of epoxidized soybean oil, tributyl citrate, glyceryl monostearate, kaolin, coal ash, silk white powder, white carbon black and an antioxidant SP. The PAA copolymer is prepared by reacting 6-aminocaproic acid and gamma-aminobutyric acid in a mole ratio of 5-10:0.5-4. The plastic is excellent in wear resistance and strength, and can be fully degraded into water and carbon dioxide under actions of light/bacteria so as to avoid environment pollution.
