Embodiment 1

Raise the temperature to 95°C, increase the rotation speed to 1600r / min, add 8 parts of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) for cross-linking modification, and react for 1.5 hours. Ammonia water was added to adjust the pH value of the system to 5, and the reaction was stirred for 30 minutes to obtain an epoxy acrylate composite emulsion.

Abstract

The invention relates to an emulsion acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a prepolymer by using methyl methacrylate (MMA) and vinyl acetate (VAc) as raw materials; adding an acrylic acid diluent for diluting; adding hydroxyethyl-2-methacrylate (HEMA) for modification; and adjusting the pH value to prepare the emulsion acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The emulsion acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of strong environmental protection property, high stripping strength and good stability.
