The heat insulation pad comprises a regenerated cellulose fiber layer, a sponge rubber layer, a melamine resin layer, a polyethylene foaming material layer, a flame-retardant glass wool layer and a PVC material layer; the sponge rubber layer is arranged at the upper end of the melamine resin, and the regenerated cellulose fiber layer is arranged at the upper end of the sponge rubber layer; the polyethylene foaming material layer is arranged at the lower end of the melamine resin, the flame-retardant glass wool layer is arranged at the lower end of the polyethylene foaming material layer, and the PVC material layer is arranged at the lower end of the flame-retardant glass wool layer. The selected material layers have high heat resistance, all the layers are bonded together through silica sol, and then the whole is subjected to hot pressing in a hot pressing mode, so that the strength of the melamine resin layer is improved, occupied space is reduced, the whole thickness is reduced, meanwhile, the hardness is higher, higher high temperature resistance is achieved, and the shockproof, sound insulation and heat insulation effects are further enhanced.
