The shoe sole suitable for running is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-19 parts of nitrile rubber, 50-60 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 10-20 parts of nanosilicon dioxide, 1-5 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 1-3 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.2-0.8 part of magnesium oxide, 1-4 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 0.6-1.4 parts of sulphur, 6-18 parts of quartz glass fiber, 6-10 parts of formalized polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 9-15 parts of boron fiber, 7-13 parts of polyarmide fiber, 0.6-1.6 parts of vulcanization accelerator, 4-8 parts of plasticizer, 0.6-1.8 parts of antioxidant, 2-4 parts of white smoke active agent, 1-2 parts of coupling reagent, 0.5-0.9 part of softener, 0.2-0.4 part of light stabilizer and 0.2-0.8 part of heat stabilizer.
