The invention provides a simple preservation method for magnaporthe oryzae strain. The simple preservation method comprises the following steps: by taking sterile water as a preservation carrier, preserving magnaporthe oryzae, specifically pouring a solid culture medium into a culture dish, inoculating the magnaporthe oryzae strain in the center of the culture medium, enabling the magnaporthe oryzae strain to grow and multiply at 22 DEG C, further transferring a magnaporthe oryzae strain black into a triangular flask with sterile water, and standing at 22-25 DEG C, thereby achieving simple andrapid medium/long-term preservation on the magnaporthe oryzae strain. The simple preservation method provided by the invention is simple, convenient and rapid, the treated magnaporthe oryzae strain is long in preservation period and stable in bacterium property, and transplanting does not need to be implemented at regular time within a preservation cycle, so that the preservation cost and the space are saved, the operation is convenient and rapid, expected bacteria can be preserved at any time, and the magnaporthe oryzae strain can be relatively convenient to activate, so that the method hasgreat application values for study on biological properties of magnaporthe oryzae and anti-disease breeding of rice.

Non-invasive nucleus implanting method for seawater pearls

The invention discloses a non-invasive nucleus implanting method for seawater pearls. The method comprises the main steps that commodity pearl cores are taken and cleaned with water firstly, and then washed using an adenosine triphosphate disodium dilution liquid; then adult healthy seawater pearl shells are taken as receptors, the upper and lower shells of receptor shells are separated by gaps using an instrument in a clean environment, the pearl cores are implanted through the feet of the pearl shells using a nucleus implanting device, then sent to the nucleus positions of the pearl shells, and the time of completion of the implanting step is controlled within one minute; the receptor shells implanted with the pearl cores are quickly placed in clean seawater for temporary rearing, and are put into a seawater culture environment within three hours and naturally cultured. The adenosine triphosphate disodium diluent liquid is prepared from 10 ml or 10 mg of commodity adenosine triphosphate disodium phosphate injection, and 50 ml of sterile water. The implanted pearl shells have no operative wound, the survival rate is increased by 20%-30% compared with using the traditional method of nucleus implanting, and the pearl rate increases by 30%-40%. Because the pearl shells do not have wound recovery process, the pearl shells grow rapidly, and the quality is excellent.
