Abstract

The invention discloses a cotton fabric which has permanent anti electrostatic performance. The invention is characterized in that: yarn with anti electrostatic performance is produced on a normal cotton spinning production line after organic conductive fiber and cotton fiber are mixed; water spray and air spray is made or the yarn is weaved and put in order finally. The conductive fiber can be one or a plurality of nylon based carbon fiber or orlon based carbon fiber without special requirement for mixing proportion. The conductive fiber and the cotton fabric are short fiber and specified cotton type with line density of 2 to 4 dtex/dpf and cutting length of 55 to 75mm. The invention has the advantages of good and permanent anti electrostatic result, stable chemical performance for each component without harm upon human body. The invention especially adapts to industries and departments such as and petroleum, instrument, spinning, printing, plastic, communication and medical service to remove electrostatic influence and harm.
