Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a welding glue for vehicle manufacturing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the following raw materials in a formula ratio: epoxy resin, diallyl phthalate, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, a toughening agent, a viscosity reducer and a plasticizer into powder, and uniformly stirring the substances; 2) adding the uniform powder into a reaction kettle, and then heating the reaction kettle to 120DEG C to obtain a mixed solution in a molten state; 3) adding inert filler into the mixed solution and performing stirring, thenadding polyether amine, calcium silicate hydrate and triglyceride, and performing stirring again to obtain sealant oil-based molten slurry; 4) pouring the sealant oil-based molten slurry into a cooling tower, adding a reinforcing agent, a softening agent and a filling agent, and adjusting the hardness of the welding glue; 5) adding a stabilizer, a moisture absorbent, a pigment and filler, and performing stirring for 15min to form a solid welding glue, and 6) pouring the solid welding glue into a grinding machine, and performing degassing and curing at the end of grinding and dispersing to obtain a welding glue finished product.
