The method comprises the following steps that a pipeline is fixed by the pipe fixing device; the pipe combustion cooler and the pipe cutting punching and twisting device are fixed to thefree end of the pipeline, the combustion cabin is filled with fuel, the fuel is ignited through a fuse, rapid combustion is achieved, the pipeline is heated, and the cooling head rapidly sprays liquid nitrogen to the heating face to achieve rapid cooling; and the pipe cutting punching and twisting device rapidly rotates and punches and twists to break the pipeline.
