Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-collision device of a laser cutting machine. The anti-collision device comprises a main body, wherein a placing frame is movably installed in the main body, an anti-collision layer is fixedly installed on the side wall of the main body, protective doors are movably installed on the side wall of the main body, bases are fixedly installed in the main body, and connecting plates are movably installed in the main body. A connecting block is fixedly installed at the bottom of one connecting plate, sliding rods are fixedly installed at the tops of the connecting plates, and springs are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the sliding rods. According to the anti-collision device, when accidents happen because lifting threaded rods are abraded, mounting plates loosen and descend rapidly and a cutting head is damaged, by internally using the sliding rods and the springs, the mounting plates slide on the sliding rods, and the springs buffer descending, the cutting head can be protected. Besides, a fixing ring is mounted on the surface of the cutting head for protection, the sliding block is matched with a connecting frame for fixed connection, and thereforethe situation that accidents are caused due to falling of the cutting head and economic losses are caused is avoided.
