Abstract

The invention discloses a sintering pre-cooling waste heat efficient utilization system and a sintering cooling process. The sintering pre-cooling waste heat efficient utilization system comprises a pre-cooling device, an annular cooler, a dust removal device, an exhaust fan and a desorption tower, wherein the pre-cooling device is arranged on a hot sintered ore falling path between the discharging end of a crusher corresponding to a sintering machine and the feeding end of the circular cooler, the pre-cooling device comprises a hot air outlet, and the hot air outlet is led to the air inlet end of the heating section of the desorption tower through the dust removal device and the exhaust fan in sequence. The sintering pre-cooling waste heat efficient utilization system aims at solving the technical problem that in the sintering cooling process in the prior art, a hot blast stove needs to burn a large amount of energy to generate heat.
