The invention discloses a method for strengthening a cold-formed thin-walled steel column based on geopolymer foam concrete. The method specifically comprises the steps of using cold-formed thin-walled steel for building a column base body in a surrounding mode, uniformly stirring the slag powder and the fly ash, then adding the construction waste powder, and stirring to obtain a powder base material, adding an alkali activator and water into a concrete mixer, stirring, sequentially adding polypropylene staple fibers, a powder base material and a foaming agent, and stirring in batches to obtain geopolymer foam concrete slurry, pouring the geopolymer foam concrete slurry into the column base body, standing and foaming, and curing to obtain the geopolymer foam concrete reinforced cold-formed thin-walled steel column. The cold-formed thin-walled steel-geopolymer foam concrete column is adopted as a novel combined component in the light steel and light concrete combined structure, good sound insulation and noise reduction performance can be achieved, the empty drum sound of an existing light steel structure can be eliminated, and the requirement of the national building sound insulation standard can be met.

The invention provides an energy-saving and environment-friendly thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The energy-saving and environment-friendly thermal insulation material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of polystyrene, 2 to 6 parts of nanometer titania, 2 to 4 parts of nano-aluminium hydroxide, 10 to 14 parts of cross-linking agent, 20 to 30 parts of PPF fiber, 15 to 22 parts of mineral waste residue, 10 to 14 parts of epoxy resin, 8 to 16 parts of foaming agent, and 45 to 60 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the components, injecting into a mold, extruding in a spacing way, and maintaining for 8 to 12h under sustained pressure. The thermal insulation material has a higher flame retardant property, a lower heat conductivity coefficient and higher breaking strength.
