Abstract

The invention relates to anti-leakage ball-point pen ink and a preparation method thereof. The anti-leakage ball-point pen ink is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 15 to 30 percent of alcohol soluble dye, 30 to 40 percent of compound solvent, 15 to 20 percent of mixed resin, 2 to 4 percent of anti-leakage agent and 4 to 6 percent of active agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) putting the 15 to 30 percent of alcohol soluble dye and 30 to 40 percent of compound solvent into a reactor according to a formula to prepare an alcohol solvent; (2) putting the mixed resin into the reactor according to a ratio, heating, stirring and controlling temperature to be between 90 and 93 DEG C; and (3) keeping the temperature for 8h, putting the active agent and the anti-leakage agent into the mixed material, fully stirring and finally performing centrifuging and filtration processes. In the invention, by adding 1.0 to 4.0 mass percent of polyamide modified by macromolecule urea at one time, the viscosity of the whole system is improved, the anti-leakage property of the ball-point pen ink is strengthened, the pen point processing difficulty is greatly reduced for ball-point pen producers, and cost generated by pen point wax sealing treatment for the ink leakage from the pen point is reduced.
